Children & Family Life Pastor
Susan Smith is a passionate Children's Pastor who grew up in the hallways of Parkwood. After spending nearly 12 years away, she returned to her roots and is excited to be back as the new Children's Pastor. She believes that children are the future of the church and is committed to creating a safe and engaging environment that promotes learning and spiritual growth for children of all ages. Susan also recognizes the challenges of raising kids to be Christ followers and is passionate about partnering with parents on this journey because it takes a village to raise a child. When she is not at the church, Susan can be found spending time outside gardening or enjoying time with her two daughters and her wonderful husband, Kevin. As a wife and mother, she understands the importance of building a strong foundation in faith and family, and she strives to help other families do the same. Susan brings a wealth of experience and a heart full of love to her role as Children's Pastor, and she is excited to see all that God has in store for the children of Parkwood.
