Accessibility Training
Accessibility Policy Statement was approved by the Deacon Board of Directors on June 5, 2012, in compliance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 – Regulation 429/07. In order to comply with the requirements of the Ontario Legislation and Parkwood’s policy, all Frontline volunteers are required to complete the steps below. If you have questions or feedback about Parkwood’s programs, goods and services to people with disabilities, please contact the church office or fill out the Contact form on the church website.

Complete and submit the Accessibility Customer Service Standard Quiz.

Please direct comments and inquiries via email, telephone, postal mail or connect card to the attention of the Accessibility Committee. Parkwood welcomes and encourages applications from people with disabilities. Accommodations are available on request for candidates taking part in all aspects of the selection process.
